About Neale Turner

With a background helping international companies establish operations in the U.S., Neale Turner brings a strategic, detail-driven approach to luxury real estate in Savannah and the surrounding coastal communities.

Originally from England, Neale spent years working with UK-based businesses expanding into the United States, supporting everything from entity setup and operations to logistics, negotiation, and client management. That experience shaped a calm, analytical, and highly organized approach to complex transactions.

Having grown up in England and travelled extensively, Neale developed an early appreciation for architecture, design, and the subtle differences in how cities and homes are shaped across cultures. These formative experiences, combined with exposure to a range of global environments, helped refine his eye for proportion, character, and livable design. After studying in New Hampshire and building his career in the Boston area, he later met his wife in Nashville before discovering Savannah and Skidaway Island. The city’s historic architecture, waterfront lifestyle, and understated elegance made an immediate impression.

Now based in Savannah, Neale works with buyers and sellers across the area’s most desirable neighborhoods, including historic district residences, Skidaway Island, Isle of Hope, and select coastal communities. His focus is on helping clients evaluate homes not just for aesthetics, but for long-term livability, design potential, and intrinsic value.
